Buyer profile and amenities
Non-resident Indians accounted for a quarter of the buyers. Of the Indian national buyers, 65% came from the Delhi-National Capital Region, with the remaining 10% from other parts of the country. DLF described The Aureva as a thoughtfully curated luxury residential community designed to redefine retirement housing. It features dedicated staff dormitories, private decks, and universally accessible design.
Residents have access to a luxury clubhouse, indoor swimming pool, spa, yoga pavilion, meditation centre, and library. A key component is integrated healthcare access, including a professionally managed on-site medical centre with emergency response support. Aakash Ohri, Managing Director and Chief Business Officer of DLF Home Developers Ltd, provided details on this infrastructure. "This infrastructure will be managed and run by an undecided big healthcare company. We will decide on the company in four years from now," he said.
DLF's broader business context
Despite this high-value sell-out, DLF's overall sales bookings have seen a sharp decline. In the first quarter of the 2026-27 fiscal year, sales bookings plunged 94% year-on-year to ₹657 crore. The company attributes this drop to deferred project launches. This follows a 5% dip in annual sales bookings to ₹20,143 crore in the 2025-26 financial year, against a guidance of ₹20,000 crore.
The Group maintains a significant development pipeline of 275 million square feet across residential and commercial segments and an annuity portfolio of 50 million square feet. DLF is not looking to expand further in the senior living segment at this moment. The company is, however, planning three more project launches in the current financial year. These include the second phase of DLF Westpark in Mumbai, a major launch in Gurugram, and simultaneous completions in The Dahlias and other projects.
